well i forgot about this blog
wow i can't believe i forgot this blog. i have so many that i can't keep up with them. ha ha. I have had a pretty rough time getting used to the hos but i finally think i have it down. Since i came back out on the road i've had my license suspended and had a devil of a time getting them back. it's a long story but maybe i can put it a little shorter.
in 2002 a lady hit my trailer as i was clearing a left hand turn on a green asrrow in georgia. she said she didn't see me turning and when she did she hit the brakes on her car but it kept going. anyway i didn't even know i'd been hit till i got a block away and at the recievers when someone told me my dot bumper was bent all to hades. so i went back the way i had come and sure enough there were cops and everything. but the car had already been loaded and was being pulled away. the officer in charge got really rude with me and kept asking me to speak to my husband. i tried to tell him that i was the only driver in the truck and that my husband was in indiana in his truck. finally i got perturbed and dialed my husbands cell and then the cop got really ticked and told me he wasnt going to talk over a phone. then he informed me that i had to have seen the lady coming at me or else she wouldn't have hit me. he repeated this phrase 3-4 times. i tried to explain that i hadn't seen a car when i made the turn and that the only thing on my trl hit was the dot bumper. which if she was where she said she was when she hit me she had to have been in the right turn lane of the road. he told me i was getting the ticket and that if i didnt hush he would take me to jail. anyway my company was supposed to take care of it and i left that company a few months later. anyway when i went back to work for the company i'm with now i had to get haz-mat put baack on my license. so in april this year i went to get it done and after i passed the test i was told i cudn't get my license because there was a suspension on my license from georgia.
so i contacted the person i was told too and he informed me that they had taken me to court and won a judgement against me. and that until i paid him 700.00 and 100.00 a month there after i would not have a license. anyway i finally had to give in even tho i don't feel i was in the wrong,i got my license back and i'm paying for her new car. the previous company knew when i left that their insurance wasn't going to pay because it felt the lady was in the wrong. but never told me their decision. and on top of that my license supposedly had been suspended in '04. but i renewed them in feb of '04 and nothing was on my record. and when my company i drive for now did a check on them there was nothing on my record. anyway i'm driving again and doing my best to stay out of the state of georgia as much as possible and when i'm there i don't even sneeze when i'm driving HA HA>[color=red][/color][ins_summary]

I've always heard that once you get diesel in your blood it pretty much stays there. I guess I would have to agree. I started driving a truck because I never saw my spouse awake when he came in off the road. So I figured if I wanted to I'd have to go with him. So for my birthday in 1989 I asked him to send me to school so I could run team with him. And that's how I got started. After a couple of years things got bad for him and he wanted a break so I ran solo for awhile. Then I became a trainer for a company and then we eventually became o/o of 2 trucks. Then I took a break from the road about a year. now it seems as though I'm gonna have to go back out for awhile. I'm not really looking forward to it but we need the dough so I'm going to do it.[summary][/summary][/b]

This is my truck a few weeks before her demise. In may a 16 yr old turned from an entrance road in the path of my husband. In the process of him trying not to hit the kid our truck was totaled.
We had her for 6 yrs and it took putting her in the woods for someone to demolish her. No one was hurt Thank God but our truck was destroyed.[/b]
